21.06.2024 – Change in Management Team

Pierre Herget (37) has been appointed new managing director of INS Systems GmbH and INS Consulting GmbH. He succeeds Knut Krummnacker (53), who will leave the group at the end of September. At the same time, the areas of responsibility are being restructured in order to further strengthen the market positioning and innovative strength of the INS Group and to open up new growth opportunities. Through the rejuvenation process in the top management, INS will continue the dynamic development of the last few years.

Pierre Herget has extensive experience and expertise in both information technology and IT and information security. Together with his strong leadership skills, he has earned an outstanding reputation within our group of companies as well as among customers and partners. His excellent specialist knowledge, his passion for innovative business models and his enthusiasm for all topics relating to IT security make him an ideal candidate for this position.

Knut Krummnacker, previously one of the three managing directors of INS Systems GmbH and INS Consulting GmbH together with Markus Baumann (62) and Giovanni Serpi (52), will support INS in an advisory capacity until September 30, 2024. The separation takes place by mutual agreement; after nine successful years, Knut Krummnacker wants to take on new professional tasks. We would like to express our thanks to him for his many years of successful commitment to our group of companies. We wish him much success in his new professional challenge and all the best for his future.

The newly positioned management represents continuity and sees INS’ future focus on independent IT consulting and comprehensive managed IT and cloud services for the accelerating digital transformation.

INS Systems AG in Switzerland will continue to be represented by Henning Frey as managing director.
